Eligibility Criteria
Age: Candidates should be between 20 and 30 years of age as of August 1, 2023. Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
Qualification: The qualification requirements for each Specialist Cadre vacancy are as follows and must be from a University recognized by the Government of India:
- Information Technology Officer (Scale-I): There are 120 vacancies for this position. Qualifications include a 4-year Engineering/Technology Degree in fields like Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation. Alternatively, candidates can hold a Post-Graduate Degree in related fields or be a Graduate with DOEACC 'B' level.
- Agriculture Field Officer (Scale-I): There are 500 vacancies. Candidates should have a 4-year Degree (graduation) in Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, Fishery Science, and related fields.
- Rajbhasha Adhikari (Hindi) Officer (Scale-I): There are 41 vacancies. Qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree (graduation) level or a Postgraduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the degree (graduation) level.\
- Law Officer (Scale-I): There are 16 vacancies. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and should be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council.
- HR/ Personnel Officer (Scale-I): There are 31 vacancies. Qualifications include a Graduate degree and Two Years Full-time Post Graduate degree or Two Years Full-time Post Graduate Diploma in fields like Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, HR, HRD, Social Work, or Labour Law.
- Marketing Officer (Scale-I): There are 700 vacancies. Candidates should have a Graduate degree and Two Years Full-time MMS (Marketing), Two Years Full-time MBA (Marketing), Two Years Full-time PGDBA, PGDBM, PGPM, or PGDM with specialization in Marketing.

Online Preliminary Examination will be conducted on 30/12/2023 and 31/12/2023 only. The online Main Examination will be conducted on 28/01/2024.

- Online Preliminary Examination will have 3 subjects papers having 150 questions on English Language and Reasoning Ability as common and General Awareness with Special Reference to Banking Industry for Law Officers and Rajbhasha Officers.
- IT Officer, Agriculture Field Officer, HR/Personnel Officer and Marketing Officer will appear for Quantitative Aptitude paper.
- Each paper will be of 50 questions and will be of 40 minutes duration with a total of 125 marks of two-hour duration only.
