Special Recruitment against Scouts & Guides Quota in Group 'C' &' D' Category 2014-15
Various zone of Indian Railway are inviting applications form eligible meritorious candidates having Scouting & Guiding qualifications on a plain A4 size paper printed on one side in the format prescribed by Indian Railway.
Minimum Qualifications
For Group 'C' : Minimum Matriculation or equivalent with 50% marks for SC /ST candidates this is not requirement
For Group 'D' : 10th pass of ITI or NAC granted by NCVT
Scouting /Guiding Qualification
Candidates should be a President's Scouts/Guides/Ranger/Rover or Himalyan wood Badge Holder or a pre- HWB trained Scout Leader/Advanced Trained Guide/Leader/Captain.
Should have attended at least one National Level and one or two events at state level or should have good record of participation in Scouts/Guides activities at Unit/District Level
Last Date : Dec 15, 2014
Selection Process
Candidates have to appear for a written test on a particular date followed by viva voce.
